Find your cozy seat, and sink back into soft blankets, dreamy music, essential oils, and candles.
We'll open with a brief introduction before Cara leads us in a guided meditation.
After, Chelsea will serve up a delectable treat.
We'll close with an opportunity for heartfelt connection.
