Enjoy a delectable mocktail and flavor treat created by Chelsea (GF & DF).
We'll begin with a brief introduction, followed by a guided meditation, and then explore consensual, nourishing touch (think gentle hand and train massages, and feathers to calm your nervous system).
We'll close with an opportunity for heartfelt connection.
